Clients reviews about 5 Points Plumbing And Gas

I called around looking for a local plumber to help me with an urgent matter. Besnik was the only plumber to answer my call and made himself available for me next day on such a short notice despite him being very busy. He came to my investment property and attended to an urgent repair so that my property settlement could go through the following business day. It was a very stressful situation for me. Besnik explained what the cause was, how to fix it, and quoted me an honest and fair price. No other plumbing company was available and previously I had never encountered that kind of 5 star service. A rarity in the plumbing industry. I will never forget what Besnik did and now I always call him for any plumbing services needed. I only work with people who are prompt, reliable, caring and reasonable. I prefer to give my business to people like that. If that is what you are after, I would look no further. ~ Ivana M

We’ve been working with Besnik for our property management needs, and his service has always been excellent. He’s professional, reliable, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done to a high standard. Besnik takes the time to explain things clearly, making the process easy for both us and our tenants. His dedication and skill are truly impressive. We highly recommend Besnik to anyone needing a trustworthy and talented plumber. It’s always a pleasure working with him! ~ Catisha H

Best plumber I’ve dealt with. I’ve had trouble finding solid tradies but it’s reassuring that there still are honest, reliable and good quality tradies out there. Besnik replaced a toilet for me, he was able to fit me into his schedule and got the job done quickly and at a good price. Since then I’ve used Besnik for all my plumbing work, he’s great to deal with and you know it will be a good job in the end. ~ Al K
